Traditionally, when someone sends you an email it will go to your mailbox but with email forwarding you can choose to receive all emails sent to an address in a different mailbox. 

Here is an example without email forwarding: 
- Someone sends me an email at name@gmail.com
- I connect to Gmail using the name@gmail.com account
- I see the email that was sent to me in my inbox

Here is an example with email forwarding: 
- Someone sends me an email at name@mywebsite.com
- We intercept the email and forward it to another address of your choice (eg. name@gmail.com)
- I connect to Gmail using the name@gmail.com account
- I see the email that was sent to me in my inbox

You can access your emails from the browser at this adress: mail.google.com

Friday Factory emails
We have two email servers to offer the best experience to all our customers, you can access both from anywhere but we recommend to use the one closer to you:

Forwarding emails
When an email is forwarded it is not stored on our servers but automatically sent to the address of your choice which means there is no way to access it from our servers. You can use the webmail of the provider of the email address we redirect your emails to.
